Motorcykeln
Igår hämtades en 2013 modell av BMW GS 800 i färgen Kalamata hos Bike i Göteborg. Motorcykeln är utrustad med ESA och ACS, ledblinkers för bästa synlighet och värme i handtagen. Självklart även ABS.
Efter att körkortet blev taget tidigare i år har det inte spenderats några mc körningar i trafik så det tog några mils körning innan jag började andas igen. Några glädjetjut som dränktes av fartens sus dök upp först i Kungsbacka området.
Nu står min nya Batman liknande kärlek i garaget i Onsala och väntar på att bli kittad för att klara av en resa i Marocko.

My first job as a motorbike journalist became one of my biggest adventures of my life.
Mountain rally
Stage 3
From the beach to the top of mount Olympus.
My strategy is to be smart, take it easy and don´t fall. Good strategy and choose a good way instead of fast and risky ways.
Im pretty beat up from the stage one and two.
My goal is to reach the bronz medal but I must admit that I was abit relifed when my bike broke down and I hade to make the long hike out of the forest.
Bech race
The race starts with Beach rally, 20 minuts plus two laps.
I make a spectacular crash and I give it all that I have…hm, maybe not the best move since I got the forest race in a few hours.
Second stage is Forest rally. Hot as hell, lots of lovely riding but sometimes it´s scary as hell. Steep, slippery, hot, alone.
Alot of Red Bull, tears, sweat, laugh and more crying out of exhausting – I finally reach the checkpoint and call it a day.
A good night sleep to get ready for the third stage – Mountain rally!
Red Bull Sea to Sky
-Hey, it´s Martin Freinademetz. Do you want a reporter job at the extreme enduro rally Red Bull Sea to Sky in Turkey?
-Hell Yeah, I do.
-You gotta write a article and get it published in a magazine in scandinavia.
Bananas! I have never written a article in my life. But ok, lets see if this is possible. I call to the magazine BIKE in Sweden and ask if they can promise to publish my article. They can! I just need to focus on scandinavian riders.
I call Martin and ask for a start list so that I can contact the Scandinavian rider… But there are none.
The only way to get this job is to start myself.
Three weeks later Im at the start line of a extreme enduro rally in Kemer, Turkey. I get a KTM bike and get a paddoc space between Chris Birtch and Johnny Walker. I am the only scandinavian rider and the only girl.
