Arriving to the Sahara desert. Mountains of dunes and camels everywhere.
With a fantastic view of the sand dunes, offroad vehicles and camels passing right by I am taking a afternoon swim in the pool at Ksar Sania oasis.
37 degrees celsius and sand that polished our faces with the wind.
My new bike is a killer! It feels small, fast and it really loves the gravel and bumpy roads. The weight of around 220 kg only shows when trying to lift it up after a fall.
A fabulous day in the Atlas mountains with about 110 kilometers. Best birthday ever! 🙂
We arrived late at night to a small village in the mountains. The camp site was closed but Aziz, a local was so kind to invite us to his home. He gave us two rooms with beds and chai tea.
The next day we experienced Eid al-Adha, a religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide. A sheep was sacrified to Allah and the streets were covered in blood.
